While an opaque cloud of uncertainty may surround us in present times, there is a bright “fixed star” we can all stand and look up at: the wonderful success and hopefulness of our youth here at The Armory. Our programs are larger and more crucial than ever, serving over 125,000 youngsters yearly from track & field participants to college acceptance preparation. The latter has become a twelve month effort and under our Olympic champion Derrick Adkins we can proudly report that, this year, 100% of our high school seniors, most from difficult and underperforming N.Y.C. schools, have been accepted into college.
